Nearby, The St. Regis Residences is set to become the tallest set of towers in the city, rising 62 stories and featuring extensive oceanfront property. The South Tower is expected to be completed in late 2028 with the North Tower to follow. Adding to the vertical growth, city officials have approved another 62 story, 820 foot condominium tower at 19051 Collins Avenue, which would make it the new tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach upon completion. These developments signal a continued focus on large, ultra luxury residences in the area.
